Organic Pasta: Pasta to maize

Ingredients for 4 persons
– 250 gr of maize pasta
– 5 gr of rice flour
– 50 gr of walnuts

– 100 gr of Yogurt
– 1 sprig of rosemary
– 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
– Salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation:
Put to boil the Pasta to the maize in abundant salted water.
Dressing for the pens to the maize:
Blend the shelled walnuts together with rosemary, until you obtain a cream grainy.
Pour the rice flour in a beaker, add the water and work the whole with a whip or with a spoon until the flour will be amalgamated.
In a small stone non-stick or pour the walnuts and the chopped rosemary; make toasting everything for a few minutes by adding a thread of oil. After a few minutes, pour in the small pain rice flour dissolved in water and cook for a few minutes, seasoning with salt.
When the compound will be ready, turn off the heat and add the yogurt and sweet paprika.
In the meantime, the pasta will be perfectly cooked: Drain therefore pasta and join it to the sauce. Complete with a powdered parmesan cheese and serve.
