ALLERGENS
sulphur dioxide. Mustard flavour (allyl isothiocyanate) doesn’t contain any allergens on the list in Annex II to Regulation (EC) No1169/2011.
ORGANOLEPTIC PROPERTIES
Sweet-piquant relish. Mostarda loses its spiciness over time.
