It is ideal for all types of pasta and risotto, for appetizers, tomatoes and mozzarella, on sandwiches and together with boiled meats and carpaccio.

We prepare organic pesto according to the traditional Genoese recipe using only high quality certified organic ingredients.
The basil grown in our countryside and used is Genoese basil DOP which also boasts the organic certification.
All the genuineness of a unique product of its kind, so good, tasty and delicate that it can be used both on the first courses of the Ligurian cuisine, can be tasted directly on croutons or to give a touch of flavor to an octopus in salad.

Garlic-free Organic Pesto 6 people Doses:
Cook 450g of pasta in boiling water with a little salt.
Empty the Pesto jar into the bowl, where you can season the pasta.
Put 3 full tablespoons of hot coke water in the empty pesto jar, say it and shake it, then pour it into the bowl and mix it all.
Pour the drained pasta and season it to your liking with olive oil and fresh Parmesan.
It is perfect as an appetizer on fresh tomatoes, tarts and even hard-boiled eggs.
