Cerealia Wellness flour does not contain grain “peel”, but only internal parts. This reduces the lignin content, that is, the less digestible part of the bran, while maintaining high fiber content.
A food grade flour, milled from selected soft winter wheat (Triticum aestivum). The flour is milled in accordance with good manufacturing practices and shall comply with the current food regulation.
Wellness is a flour with a high protein content, specially designed for making bread and cakes rich in dietary fibers, (fiber content is more than 60% of a whole flour), with the taste of conventional “white” flour.
