Risotto with nettle prepared ready for cooking
Ingredients: Riso Carnaroli superfino, vegetable broth granular(salt, potato flour, yeast extract, maltodextrins potatoes, dehydrated vegetables(carrot, onion, celery, parsley) sunflower oil, natural flavorings plants, rice flour), nettle dehydrated(2%). Preparation
In a saucepan Heat two tablespoons of oil, make toast the contents of the bag for about a minute while continuing to stir, add to pleasure 1⁄2 glass of white wine and stir for a few seconds, cover it all with 900ml of warm water, not to salt and do not add other seasonings.
During cooking stir occasionally and if necessary add a little hot water until the cooking(18minutes).
When the cooking is finished and out of the fire at will stir in a knob of butter and a generous sprinkling of Parmesan cheese.
Store in a cool and dry place (pref.16/18°)
