Mediterranean Soup

Place the desired amount of compound to soak for at least 8 hours, rinse and pour into a large pot.

Add 700ml of water per 100g of product, bring to a boil and cook for 45-50 minutes over low heat, if you need to add hot water. Add salt to taste.

In a pressure cooker reduces cooking times by half and water.

Serves 2-3 people.
