Vermentino Rue Bio Sommariva
Vermentino Rue Bio Sommariva, typical white wine D.O.C. of the Western Ligurian Riviera. It is here in an ultra-genuine and natural way, thanks to the certificate from organic farming. A fresh and elegant wine, the Vermentino Rue is perfect in combination with typical Ligurian dishes, but also with appetizers and traditional Italian first courses.

The product does not contain GMOs
Probably its introduction in the riviera di ponente in the ‘400, from France, Corsica and Sardinia. Certainly recorded in the early 1800s and “… the one that enjoys the most extensive reputation among the varieties grown from Ventimiglia to Sarzana …” today is recommended in the provinces of Imperia and Savona.
Bunch: medium, conical, winged, sometimes with elongated wing, medium compact. Medium-large berry, greenish-yellow color, also golden with slight over-ripeness, medium-thin skin. Harvest in the first 2 decades of September.
Viniﬁcation: in white, dry. Beautiful straw color, sometimes with greenish reflections, intense scents, fruity with pear in evidence, sage and elder, fruity taste, well balanced, fresh and sapid.
Organoleptic profile: Vermentino Rue Bio Sommariva
- Aroma: Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Fruity aroma with notes of cedar, white fruit, peach, almond and broom.
